Rent

Short Term (minimum four nights):€1,700 per week or € 242 per night

Long Term (minimum three weeks):€1,360 per week

All bookings include a transfer from the Airport or Train Station to the apartment on arrival

For bookings in excess of one week two hours cleaning per week included

Payment of Rent and Bond

Short Term

Rent:50% paid on confirmation of booking (non-refundable)

50% to be paid to agent on arrival by bank cheque or cash.

Bond:An amount equal to 100% of the rent to be paid to the agent on arrival by bank cheque or cash.

Long Term

Rent:€2,040 paid on confirmation of booking (non-refundable)

The balance of the rent to be paid to the agent on arrival by bank cheque or cash.

Bond:An amount equal to three weeks rent paid to the agent on arrival by bank cheque or cash.

Terms and Conditions

• No animals
• No smoking appartment
• French Tenant’s insurance required

The tenancy is subject to the terms of a Tenancy Agreement to be entered into between the Owner and the Tenant which shall be provided by the Owner to the Tenant prior to confirmation of the booking in French  . A translation of the Tenancy Agreement in English will also be provided . Confirmation of the booking occurs when the Tenant returns the French Tenancy Agreement duly signed  to the Owner  with the non-refundable deposit.
